Discontinued Products

Unfortunately, we have decided to discontinue our products EffectChainer, 3GP Movie Studio and My Ringading. The products are now available for download and can be freely used, but we do not offer support, nor will we continue the development of these products.

EffectChainer is a free DirectX and VST capable multi-effect rack. It supports DirectX and VST plug-ins and can be used in Acoustica or other host applications such as multi-track audio editing or processing software.

My Ringading Released

My Ringading is a ringtone editor that simplifies recording, editing and transfer of ringtones for Real Music capable cellular phones. The ringtones can be transfered using Infrared, Bluetooth or cable connections. In addition, the ringtones can be transferred using the WAP browser on the cellular phone.

Acoustica 3.3 Released

Users new to audio editing will welcome the new Cleaning Wizard that simplifies the transfer of LP records or audio tapes to CDs. The Cleaning Wizard automates the whole process from recording and track splitting to audio restoration and CD recording.

The new effect chain editor in version 3.3 allows the user to link internal processing tools and plug-ins. The chains can be saved including their settings for later use.

Studio Necessities 2.0 Released

New in the package is a limiter plug-in. The graphical user interfaces were completely redesigned in all plug-ins. Improvements were made in the reverb algorithm and StudioDelay now supports a tempo synch mode, where the delay times are specified in beats. The upgrade is free for registered version 1.0 users.

Studio Time 1.5 Released

The new version offers further improvements in the time stretching engine and a completely redesigned user interface. The optional timbre preservation in StudioPitch was enhanced and now gives an even more natural sounding result when transposing music or speech.

The latest Acoustica service release, build 233, contains several bug fixes and enhancements. Among the most important are, target bit rate selection in the mp3 export settings dialog box up to 320 kbit / s if Windows Media Player 10 is installed, audio track import from wmv, mpeg and avi video files.

Windows Media Player 10 includes Fraunhofer Mp3 Codec

Version 10 of Microsofts freely available Media Player contains the Fraunhofer Mp3 encoder. Acoustica 3.1 will automatically utilize the codec to produce high quality mp3 exports.
